Performances

  • Super Art Fight

Super Art Fight is a live-action performance where two or more artists battle against each other on a giant canvas. With the help of two quick-witted hosts and the enigmatic Wheel of Death, they compete for the audience’s affection in order to score the win! The winner of a bout is determined by the fans and the fans alone, as we use Science (also known as a decibel reader) to determine how loud the crowd hoots, hollers and cheers to crown the winner. It's cutting-edge, it's creative combat, it's inspired improv, it's the most exciting live art show you’ve ever seen or will see... it's Super Art Fight!

  • Cecily

Vocalist and songwriter Cecily (pronounced Ses-Suh-Lee) is known for her agile soprano and honest lyrics. The Washington, DC native has a rich, soothing sound rooted in mid-century Soul and Jazz. Often drawing comparisons to Minnie Riperton and Amel Larrieux, her music is imbued with a unique sensuality that informs not only her vocal approach, but also her self-reflecting lyrics.

Cecily has been heralded for her poetic writing style. Grounded in an easy vulnerability, her lyrics speak of deep lessons around self-acceptance, freedom, community and love.
