Participants will create a work of art using upcycled materials. Artists will be encouraged to use found items such as used packaging, recycling objects, and discarded items that would otherwise be thrown in the trash. They can use these items in any way they wish and incorporate supporting materials like glue and paint to create their piece. There are NO RULES for this workshop, it is designed to promote freedom of expression and to work with the materials in any way that inspires them.

Participants will learn the basics of jewelry design, including wire wrapping, selecting materials, and assembling a wearable piece such as earrings/ necklaces. All materials are included. This class serves as an excellent introduction to the fundamentals of jewelry making.

Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike, this workshop will introduce you to the playful and expressive world of monoprinting using gel plates, acrylic paints, and a variety of textures and tools. We will teach the simple steps of how to print images with a gel plate and play with layered images. Come ready to experiment, get a little messy, and leave with a one-of-a-kind print. Taught by awesome artists from an activity packed local art studio - Art House 7.
